As you consider outpatient plastic surgery, one of the most important decisions you will make is your choice of surgery center. I am pleased that you are considering the Surgery Center. I believe that you will find much more than a beautiful facility in an exceptional location. Every member of my medical and support team is dedicated to helping you through your surgical process.
 The Center is a 4,300 square foot facility that is beautiful, soothing and immaculately maintained. A state-of-the-art surgical suite and recovery room have the highest level of certification from the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF).
The large, comfortable waiting area provides a pleasant environment for patients, family and friends. An important aspect of your care relates to the quality of systems in place for insuring your safety during and after surgery. My operating and recovery room are equipped to hospital standards. Any procedure requiring sedation or more is done so with a board-certified anesthesiologist. Registered Nurses who are certified in Cardiac Life Support are with you throughout your stay. The Center's staff constantly aspires to meet the highest standards in patient care through continual education and review.
The Plastic Surgery Center is located at 1129 Northern Boulevard, Manhasset, New York, and is around the corner from the North Shore University Hospital. Consultations are also available at our New York City office located at 50 East 69th Street.

New patients are always welcome! Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service!
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (516) 365-1040 and Dr. Lukash will be contacted immediately.
Health Insurance Plans
Most medical insurance plans will not usually cover cosmetic procedures. Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures. Patients may be pre-approved for financing with a low-interest monthly payment plan. Our office manager would be pleased to provide you with further details
